How to Download and Request
Riders can download the Yookoo Ride app from playstore or appstore, Signup if rider has never used the Yookoo Ride app in the past or sign in if existing user, and start using the app.

How to use Panic Button
If You are logged in to the Yookoo Ride app, simply launch the app and look for the red button on the top right side of the screen and press it. You will receive an immediate call from the control room.

How to use Ybank to request
While making a request, on filling your destination, you will be prompted on what payment method to request with. of the list, you must choose Ybank and place your request. The app automaticaly deducts from your existing ballance. You have never requested on Ybank,You cannot pay from the wallet, You must have had a balance before placing a request.

There are three types of vehicles accpted in Yookoo in South Africa: 1. Entry level- Group C sedans, 2. The Yookoo Vibes(Luxury vehicles such as BMW sedans, Mercedes benz sedans) 3. The Yookoo Life Style(The 7 seaters)

Cant request, Issue-Proceed with payment before request
It may happen that you didnot pay after riding. The driver wont clear your payment. You cannot ride without paying the outstanding balance.

Want to join Yookoo as a driver
Currently, we are available only in Gauteng provice and in Western cape. If you would like to join us as a driver with or with out a car, you can come to our office with the following documents: 1. Valid ID 2. Driving License 3.PDP 4.Your vehicle insurance paper(if you have a vehicle) 5.Police clearance to 151 on 5th street, sandton(Johannesburg office) or 50 long street(Capetown) .
